Tower of Fantasy is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) with some amazing male character designs. Tower of Fantasy started off with more female characters than males, but that doesn't take away the fact that these male characters have some gorgeous designs as well as fantastic abilities in-game.
For European, North American, and Japanese servers, there are three playable male characters, with China having two extra at the time of the EU/NA/JP server release. An important thing to note is that the game is also a gacha game and has often been compared to the popular Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact. The difference with Tower of Fantasy is the fact that players can play as their own customized character, or one of the SSR skins while using the weapons gained from the characters that they have pulled.
3 Zero
One of the first male SSRs, which is the highest level of character that fans can pull in the game in the gacha system, or during a re-roll, Zero wields powerful gloves, and a cube, alongside flame abilities. Zero's steampunk-esque design consists of what looks to be a handy apron that he can store his tools in, as well as his iconic messy hair, matching his explosive fighting style.
Once players pull an SSR character three times, they unlock a second outfit, with Zero's having a completely different color palette to his original one. His hair turns white while retaining the original messy style, and his outfit turns to a red and white color palette, which looks more like a coat than an apron, paired with baggy pants. Born in Banges, Zero's birthday is on the 6th of June and he is a Gemini.
Optimally, Zero is classed as a support character within a team, though he does deal a great amount of damage. Zero's normal attack can be performed on the ground, allowing players to attack five times in a row, with a passive ability of additional cubes stacking up to five when enemies are hit six times. Zero's airborne attacks are called Omnium Missiles, which is an ability that fires five missiles at the enemies when in the air.
The second airborne ability is Energy Overflow which is performed while in the air or after a single jump. Once the player has landed, a shockwave will be fired forwards, dealing damage to nearby enemies. After pressing normal attack three times, hold the attack button to perform Omnium shock, a pillar of energy that launches to targets close by, lasting five seconds in total. Personality-wise he's witty, talented, and loves to play games, whereas he doesn't enjoy cooking or fitness-related activities.
2 King
King is a playable SSR character who wields a powerful scythe, making him a popular choice amongst players. Alongside his scythe, he uses the element of flame, similar to Zero. His playstyle is classed as DPS in terms of what he's most suitable at within a team. King sports bright red hair with sunglasses, alongside a sharp long coat with long trails.
His second outfit, gained after getting his character to three stars, is quite different from his original. The second outfit sees him with long, straight white hair. He's still wearing a long black coat, but this outfit looks a lot edgier than the previous. King was born in Crown on the 3rd of November, making him a Scorpio.
When King's scythe is fully charged, the weapon will set the enemy on fire for the following attack, which causes damage over time per second. Similar to Crow, he follows a more melee playstyle, meaning players should be up close to enemies when striking them. His normal attack on the ground is a standard attack where players must swing the scythe to deal damage. While in the air, players should attack five times in a row to deal high airborne damage. It's important to remember that continuous airborne attacks use up stamina, or endurance, which means players must unlock the special mushroom rewards that allow them to permanently increase their endurance.
After players attack four times, they should hold down the attack button for the ability called Returning Chainblade, which sees King's weapon turn into a chain blade, which deals additional damage to the enemy. Another ability that is similar to Crow's stealth move, is the sneak attack, where players should crouch behind an enemy to deal extra damage. His personality is a little different from the other male characters, as he enjoys brawling as well as sporting a much more menacing personality compared to Crow and Zero. Additionally, King doesn't have any skills when it comes to card games and he's not great with his money, with his wallet balance being consistently low.
1 Crow
Crow is another SSR character that players can pull through the gacha mechanic in Tower of Fantasy. He has white messy hair, combined with his tactical outfit that includes some type of armor to protect his body, this is more than likely due to his melee abilities, making him much more of an up-close type of playstyle. His second outfit sees him in what looks to be a leather jacket with fur trim, as well as a more rockstar type of look. This includes black jeans, combat boots, a chain, a dinosaur keyring, badges, and sunglasses. Crow was born in Astra on the 17th of December and is a Sagittarius.
Crow is classed as a DPS role as he wields two knives, with his element being volt, similarly to the electro element in Genshin Impact. When the weapon is fully charged, the following attack will paralyze enemies and electrify them for a short period of time.
As his weapon style is dual blades, players must stay at melee range when using these weapons, whether on the ground or airborne. When pressing attack three times, followed by holding the attack button, Rapid Lunge will occur. This is where the player will strike the enemy, knocking them into the air, and dealing damage. Many players recommend attacking enemies from behind while using Crow's weapons to increase the damage dealt, as well as a sneaky stealth move where players should crouch behind and attack to deal additional damage. His personality is optimistic, and while not a huge fan of horror movies, he loves kittens and enjoys hiding during the nighttime.
