As expected, the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands fan base has taken full advantage of the looter shooter’s character creator, making and sharing dozens of standout designs online. However, some Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands players would like to see a bit more variety when it comes to body types.

The reason there are so many great custom characters in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is because of the options gamers have available to them when it comes to their Fatemaker’s facial features. Gamers can pick from numerous skin colors, adjust the placement of eyes, ears, and mouths, and change the size and shape of their hero’s face. However, that same level of depth is not seen when it comes to body types, as there are only two of them on the table for gamers to make use of.

Through the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands character creator, players can choose from the bodies “this one” and “that one.” One is a masculine body type, while the other is a feminine body type. While it is nice to have these two choices, Reddit user jochinhs wanted to see a couple more options. Specifically, they wanted to make their Vault Hunter extremely short and fat, as they had hoped to build a dwarf since it would suit the game’s fantasy setting. As they point out in their post, it is surprising that there is a dwarven head but not a dwarven body.

In the comments, many Redditors agree, with several players bummed that they cannot make fatter characters. A fun little rhyme from forevershade points out that there is no opportunity for an extremely thin character, either, something that would be nice to see added to the selection of body types. After all, it is easy to think of community characters that would have benefited from these options. The Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands alien design that was shared recently would have been even better with a thin body, while the Shrek design would have been more accurate with a heavier frame.

While Redditor ffourteen jokes that the lack of extremely short and heavy characters is “Gunzerker discrimination,” this comment does make a solid point. Salvador from Borderlands 2 is proof that small characters can work. Likewise, the fan favorite Vault Hunter Zer0 has a very skinny body type, which shows that this can work as well. While these were specially designed character models, this community request is something to keep in mind if Gearbox ever updates or brings back the character creator.

Much like with the request for more bounty board missions in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, all players can do is politely ask for updates to be made. Based on the reaction to this post, it seems like many are interested in skinny, fat, and short Fatemakers.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
