The Honeymooners scenario in The Sims 4 revolves around Romance, Wedding, and Vacation. It’s an intermediate or medium challenge that has one potential outcome, and two household requirements.
In the Honeymooners challenge, two Sims should be engaged and want to start their lives as Freelancer Artists in a new home away from friends and family. Once the Honeymooners' Scenario is over, players will get 5,000 Satisfaction Points which can be spent on things like Traits and Potions.
How To Complete The Honeymooners Scenario In The Sims 4
Like any other The Sims 4 Scenario, Simmers can choose an existing household or enter Create A Sim (CAS) mode to make a new one. The requirements are two Young Adults or older (gender doesn’t matter) who are not related to each other (acquaintances). After that, players should pick the desired World and Lot so that the challenge begins.
The Honeymooners scenario has one potential outcome, which is Married Sims WooHoo while on vacation. Basically, players need to plan a wedding, then take a vacation and make the couple WooHoo.
Since the couple are engaged, Simmers can prolong the challenge by planning multiple events before the Wedding to make it seem realistic. For example, they may want to hold a Sims 4 Engagement Dinner, a Wedding Rehearsal, a Bachelor's Party, and then, finally, a Wedding. Of course, it’s possible to skip any of these events or all of them if players so choose.
Because there are many things needed to have the perfect Wedding (cake, flower bouquet, banquets, hiring entertainers and mixologist), it can be expensive. Additionally, planning a Wedding alone costs $1,000. With this in mind, it’s crucial that Simmers focus on their Sims 4 Career and save enough money for the big day.
To plan a Wedding, players can either use the phone or the calendar. They should keep in mind though that the event will immediately start after using the phone, while the calendar allows people to pick a specific day and time. After that, they simply need to fill in all of the categories, like assigning roles in The Sims 4 and choosing the Wedding’s location. Once all the steps are complete, players can then enjoy the beautiful event. Upon exchanging the vows, they will receive $2,000 as honeymoon funds from distant relatives.
After the Wedding, players should open the phone and choose the Take a Vacation option from the Travel Category. Simmers are then taken to the World menu so that they can pick a destination for their honeymoon.
An example of a perfect honeymoon destination is Tartosa, the World that came with the My Wedding Stories Expansion Pack. There, the couple can enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach and swim beneath beautiful waterfalls.
Choosing a location will lead to players being transported there immediately. The last step is to click on any WooHoo location and select WooHoo to complete the Honeymooners Scenario and earn 5,000 Satisfaction points.
