The Sims 4 Horse Ranch expansion pack added horses, mini sheep, and mini goats to the game, and this opened up a lot of gameplay possibilities. There is a lot to explore when it comes to ranch life, and this pack allows gamers to explore it in The Sims 4. Even though players got four new horse skills, they only got one human skill, but it is quite important to complete the most recently added aspiration: the Championship Rider aspiration.

Championship Rider Aspiration

Unlike many of the aspirations in The Sims 4, the Championship Rider aspiration only has one stage. Players only have to complete four quests in order to complete this Horse Ranch-related aspiration, whereas many of the aspirations available in the game have four stages with three to four quests each.

Here are the quests that players must complete to finish the Championship Rider aspiration in The Sims 4 and how to complete them:

How to Complete It

Achieve Level 10 Horse Riding Skill

Sims can now gain the Horse Riding Skill by riding Horses, and they will have to do it if they'd like to complete the Championship Rider aspiration. To improve this skill faster, players should ensure that their Sim is Confident before getting on a horse - this makes the skill increase much faster.

Compete in 15 horse competitions

Players can participate in horse competitions at the Hay Now! Equestrian Center in the New Appaloosa district in the Chestnut Ridge world.

Win Gold in five Master horse competitions

Competitions have four levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert, and Master. Gamers must have their Sim enter a Master level competition by getting a medal in all the previous levels and then successfully win a Master Gold medal. Unfortunately, this is all up to chance, so players must continue entering competitions until they earn it. To improve their chances, they should max out the recommended skills and enter while in a Confident mood.

Place at the Ultimate Horse Championship

Horses can enter the Ultimate Horse Championship once they've finished all Master competitions. This means that they must first master Barrel Racing, Endurance Racing, Show Jumping, and Western Pleasure.

Championship Rider Aspiration Reward Trait

The Championship Rider aspiration can take quite a while to complete, but its reward trait is worth it for gamers that plan on maintaining a ranch after finishing it.

Players will receive the Grand Champ Trainer trait once they've finished the Championship Rider aspiration. Sims with this trait are able to train horse skills much faster, sell horses for higher prices, and they will also always have a positive moodlet while riding a horse. It's definitely an investment for gamers who have intentions of continuing to profit or compete with horses.

The Sims 4 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
