Alongside the single player campaign, The Last of Us 2 Remastered features brand new content like a Guitar Free Play mode, three levels originally cut, as well as a new Roguelike mode called No Return. The mode comes with leaderboards to compete in, unlockable outfits and weapons, as well as new characters with different playstyles besides Abby and Ellie. The Last of Us Part Remastered does a great job of giving fans more of what they loved, and that's especially true for one underrated series feature.

The biggest piece of this latest update for most fans is the inclusion of a behind the scenes look at the game's development. Accessibility has seemingly been a big focus for Sony's first party games in recent years and The Last of Us 2 Remastered is no exception. While the improvements in this update should prove useful for those who need them, there has been a recent debate raging online over how some can be potentially used to exploit the game. The No Return mode in The Last of Us 2 Remastered features a leaderboard and some of the accessibility options can impact gameplay for those who need it, leading some in the community to feel like certain scores are invalid due to certain options potentially being used to mitigate some of the challenge.
