Upon playing The Last Faith for a couple of minutes, most people will immediately discover the Metroidvania's similarities to FromSoftware's Dark Souls series, specifically games like Bloodborne and Elden Ring. Right off the bat, players must choose between one of four classes known as Combat Styles in The Last Faith. There's not much difference between these classes, but players will have different starting stats depending on their choice.

However, no matter which class players go with, each will start with the same weapon, the Nightfall Blade. Throughout the game's story, players will come across a variety of weapons, from powerful spells and firearms to swords and heavy weapons. Some classes will work better with certain weapons, so it'll be good to know the differences between each one in The Last Faith, which this guide will go over.

Brawler Class in The Last Faith

The Brawler class is your standard 'Warrior' type, which will be the best choice for players looking for raw strength and HP. If you don't plan on using a lot of magical spells and prefer physical blunt weapons over things like firearms, the high starting vitality and strength will surely come in handy. The classes' lowest stats are Instinct and Mind.

The right hand is equipped has the Nightfall Blade. It's a Sword with 60 physical attack power, 110 crit damage, 3% crit chance, a C rating for Dexterity, and requires 12 Dexterity to use.

The Nightfall Blade has a unique skill that allows it to extend into a spear, granting extra reach for attacks.

Rogue Class in The Last Faith

The Rogue class will be great for those looking to use long-range weapons, as the high Dexterity stat will make those types of weapons more useful. Bullets are limited in use, but they can be found throughout the world as random drops pretty frequently.
