6 Assistant Principal Ruslan Barnett (Sir Gaunt)
Unlike the other members on this list, Lutheran Barnett was a member of the Knights of Rounds before he came across Shadow. In the past, Lutheran Barnett was ranked 12th among the Knight of Rounds. However, he was stripped of his position at an unknown time. While seeking to reclaim his position, Lutheran orchestrated various serial murders. At the same time, he had a grand plan to obtain the Eye of Avarice, an ancient artifact that can cure all ailments while granting its user an immense surge of magical power.
In terms of skill, Lutheran was skilled in magic and swordsmanship. This is only to be expected from a former Round Knight and Bushin Festival champion. Even with his illness, he was more than capable of taking on average knights and swordsmen.
5 Acting Archbishop Jack Nelson
Jack Nelson, the 11th seat holder of the Knights of Rounds of the Cult of Diablos, is one of the few Knights of Rounds portrayed in the anime thus far. He was one of the scientists who invented the tears of Diablos by experimenting on Diablos' left arm.
Despite being a Knight of the Rounds, Nelson was more of a researcher than a warrior. However, with the tears of Diablos, Nelson was much stronger than the average swordsman. Moreover, Nelson relied on his magic cloning technique to make up for his deficiencies. This technique allowed him to create multiple copies of himself with his power; however, the more copies, the less Nelson could efficiently control them. Moreover, as seen in the anime, Nelson also used the Sanctuary Center defense system to battle Shadow Garden. This shows that he had more brains than brawn and relied more on tactics than overwhelming strength.
4 Mordred
After the events of the first season of the Eminence in Shadow anime series, Oriana Kingdom and Princess Rose were brought into the limelight. The Cult of Diablos seemed to have a lot of influence over the kingdom, and that was by no coincidence, as Modred, the ninth seat holder of the Knight of Rounds faction, was based there. Moreover, Perv Asshat, a character that stood against Shadow, served as one of Mordred's underlings.

While Modred is powerful in his own right, he became even more powerful after getting the Invisible Magic Sword, an ancient legendary elven artifact. He could stand up to Epsilon and Beta in combat, albeit temporarily. Moreover, Modred takes a drop of the Tears of Diablos every year to maintain his power and immortality.
3 Fenrir
Of the many members of the Knights of Rounds, Fenrir remains one of the most powerful and influential knights with the most accomplishments. In the past, Fenrir made a name for himself as a magic swordsman with his weapon, Blood Fang. However, in recent times, this Knight of Rounds has become an assassin and a battle junkie who is always raring to go against strong opponents that allow him to display his true abilities. With his assassination abilities, Fenrir’s moniker, ‘Devil of Midgar,’ is widely known and feared.
During the events of the Eminence in Shadow series, Fenrir decides to use students of the Midgar Spellsword Academy to release Diablos’ right arm and resupply the cult with tears. This happens after Shadow frees Diablos’ left arm, and the cult faces the threat of losing their immense magical energy that comes from ingesting the tears.
2 Petos
Zeta, one of the Seven Shadows, had her clan and family murdered before her eyes by the Cult of Diablos. The one who wiped out her race is Petos, the 10th Seat Knight of the Cult of Diablos. Petos is an unrestrained man who kills without remorse. He kills anyone he deems unnecessary despite being a high-ranking priest. With his status as a priest, Petos tends to distort the truth and tell his victims that they or their actions are blasphemous against the Holy Church.
What led to Petos' promotion to becoming a Knight of the Rounds was the slaughter of the Golden Panther Tribe. There, he also obtained a possessed 'matches' sample, which he then sent to the laboratory to be experimented on. This sample turned out to be Zeta, whose hatred for the Cult of Diablos knows no bounds. When killing, Petos tends to use a chain as his weapon. Based on his mood, he either delivers a painless, silent death or a painful one.
1 Loki
As one of the Knights of Rounds upper echelon seat members, Loki holds a great deal of influence in the Knights of Rounds. After attending the Round Table Committee council meeting, Loki emphasized the many failures of the cult and the new threat called Shadow Garden. He stated that two members of the Knights of Rounds had been killed, and Fenrir had continuously failed the cult.
With this in mind, Loki was able to get the proud, arrogant, and self-serving members of the Knights of Rounds to agree to unite and have Fenrir unseal Diablo's right arm. For the first time in a while, the Knights unite for the same purpose of eliminating Shadow Garden and select Loki as the leader of the operation. With how proud the Knights of Rounds are, one can only wonder how powerful Loki is to gain recognition from them all.
