The Crew: Motorfest is a big game with tons of vehicles to unlock and drive. Players can unlock vehicles in a variety of different ways, including purchasing them from the shop and earning them when completing challenges.

One way players of The Crew 2 can get a head start in The Crew: Motorfest is by transferring their vehicles and vanities across. This allows players to access almost all of their unlocked vehicles from The Crew 2 and most of their vanities. Since certain vehicles and vanities have not been implemented in The Crew: Motorfest, those vehicles and vanities cannot be carried over.

In order to initiate the transfer, players simply need to start up the game for the first time and log into Ubisoft Connect when prompted. Players will be prompted with the option to import their collection and only need to select yes in order to transfer all applicable vehicles and vanities. Since the transfer system is tied to the Ubisoft Account, vehicles and vanities can be transferred regardless of what platform the previous game was played on.

After choosing to import the collection, players will find that any compatible vehicles acquired in The Crew 2 afterward will be transferred automatically. In order for the transfer to work, players must be logged in to Ubisoft Connect in both games using the same Ubisoft account.

Players who choose not to transfer initially may perform the transfer at any time from the menu, though once the decision to utilize the collection transfer is made, it cannot be reversed. Players should note that all vehicles transferred will remain available for use in both games. It is also important to note that vehicles unlocked in The Crew: Motorfest will not be transferred back into The Crew 2, even if they exist in both games.

What Isn't Included in the Transfer

The Transfer will not carry over Helicopters, Hovercraft, Jet Sprint vehicles, and vehicles created by "certain manufacturers." Additionally, the transfer currently only includes vehicles that were added prior to Season 9 of The Crew 2, with vehicles added in Season 9 becoming transferrable on December 6, 2023.

Ubisoft states on the website for The Crew: Motorfest that any future additions to the list of vehicles that are compatible with the transfer will be announced individually. It is likely that, as the game continues to grow, more vehicles will become available for use within the game. Whether this will include Jet Sprint vehicles, Helicopters, and Hovercraft remains to be seen.

The Crew: Motorfest is available for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Amazon Luna.
