Tekken 8 Story Mode Rewards

Players will only be rewarded for completing certain story mode chapters. Although the difficulty setting they choose will have no impact on the story itself, playing on harder difficulties will unlock a few additional player customization items, with Silver and Gold variants of certain plates, panels, and health gauges tied to the Medium and Hard difficulty modes respectively. With this in mind, those hoping to unlock all of the story mode rewards in Tekken 8 should make a point of replaying chapters 1, 7, and 15 on Hard mode, assuming their initial playthrough was on Easy or Medium. Additionally, depending on whether players beat or lose to Kazuya in the very last battle of Chapter 15, the main story of Tekken 8 features two unique endings, each of which rewards players with a new title and a Trophy / Achievement.

Tekken 8 Arcade Quest Chapter List

Despite not really offering up much of a story, the Arcade Quest mode of Tekken 8 is also broken up into chapters. They all follow the same formula, with players first needing to reach a certain rank and then win a tournament or defeat a series of powerful fighters to move on to the next area. There's also a post-game area where players can unlock alternate outfits for every playable character in Tekken 8, though, strictly speaking, this is not part of the story and more a way for players to continue to test their abilities after emerging victorious from the mode's final tournament, while also unlocking some unique cosmetic items for their avatars and the game's main roster of fighters.
