Tales of Arise: How to Get Ryugola Core Fragment in Beyond the Dawn

As they near the end of the Beyond the Dawn expansion, Tales of Arise players may notice a few new crafting recipes appear in the blacksmith's Forge Weapon menu. The weapons that these recipes create are among the strongest in the game, making them a solid choice for the expansion's final dungeon, the Keystone. Sadly, however, players will likely find that they're missing a key ingredient needed to craft them.

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn - Iron Pipe Location

Players will need to find the Iron Pipe to craft the Realm Unifier for Alphen, but its location in Beyond the Dawn is different than in the base game.

Finding the Ryugola Core Fragmenta needed to craft these end-game weapons is actually relatively simple once players know where to look for them, but they won't be able to do so until they reach a certain point in the story. In that sense, that the crafting recipes appear when they do is perhaps a little misleading, though there is actually a fairly good reason for this. There's also an achievement tied to crafting all six weapons, so finding Ryugola Core Fragments will likely be high on many peoples' to-do lists.

How to Get Ryugola Core Fragment in Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn

Players will be able to get Ryugola Core Fragments from three unmissable boss fights in the Beyond the Dawn expansion. Each one rewards players with two fragments, meaning that it's possible to get six in total. All three of these boss fights are located inside the Keystone, so players will need to head to the final dungeon before being able to craft the game's best weapons. Thankfully, there's a teleporter that leads back to the Keystone's entrance just before the final boss fight, allowing players to craft the weapons ahead of the big showdown if they so wish.

Ryugola Core Fragment Locations in Beyond the Dawn

Players will get two Ryugola Core Fragments for each Nazamil Nether encounter that they complete. The first of these can be found toward the end of the Flame Palace area of the Keystone, with the second taking place near the top of the Whirlpool Palace. The final Nazamil Nether encounter comes toward the end of the Stone Palace area, shortly after which, Tales of Arise players will come to a teleporter that will take them back the the entrance to the Keystone and the path leading up to the expansion's final encounter.

Ryugola Core Fragment Uses

Ryugola Core Fragments are needed to craft some of the best weapons in Beyond the Dawn; these being the Novus Aetas Dawn (Alphen), the Aeternum Lucis (Shione), A Passage from the Black Book (Rinwell), the Topmost Hand Armor (Law), the Supreme Shield Aegis Alter One (Kisara), and the Ending Rod Dionysus (Dohalim). To do so, players will also need the base versions of these weapons, all of which are found inside the Mausoleum of the Jungle in areas guarded by Gigant Zeugles. Once players have crafted all six, they'll unlock the Arms Master Trophy / Achievement.
