Any action RPG enthusiast will happily admit that ranged damage is better than risking life and limb in melee. But physical damage also tends to be more reliable. The Metal Technomancer gets the best of both worlds in Superfuse, bringing physical damage to the fight and dishing it out from a safe distance.

For the specialization to be viable, the hero is going to have to get some of the best Metal Technomancer talents involved. To have plenty of scrap on hand, grab the Spare Parts passive talent. This build only has one point in Scrapper but those who need better gear should consider putting a full five talents in it.

To make this one of the best specializations, players will want to make good use of the single-target Metal Shard skill and combine it with the strength of the area-of-effect Scrap Ball skill. These two skills cover any situation that comes up, creating tools to take care of both mobs and bosses.

It should be noted that Lucky Looter and Additional Credits are great new fuses to pick up, but once players have all the gear they need, these are the best fuses for actual combat. Also, beware of fuses like Pierce and Ricochet which have nice effects but decrease the skill's damage.

Metal Shard gets the bulk of the buffs since it's the primary attack. Fuse the skill to make it deal area damage, giving it some utility against clusters of enemies. Also, giving Metal Shard every type of damage assures it will be useful against any bosses or elites that might have some kind of immunity.

Scrap Ball only has a few buffs available but they're both critical. Since this is the main skill for applying Trauma and taking out stacks of enemies, increasing its size to hit anybody caught up in the vortex will give the Metal Technomancer top-of-the-line mob clearing capabilities.

All players will be trying to get better gear when they first get to the max level. To that end, Luck moves up to an S-Tier attribute. Once geared, however, it moves down to F-Tier and becomes irrelevant. It's important to note this change as the value will change at different stages of the endgame.Because the bulk of the damage from the build is physical, strength and reflexes both need a strong bias when it comes to selecting gear. High cast speeds ensure that the Metal Technomancer can cast several attacks before melee enemies get into range.Toward the bottom, blocking needs a very low focus since the build is designed to cast from afar and not up close. Survivability isn't a dump stat for any class, but the primary way this specialization survives is by staying mobile and at range. If players intend to absorb hits, it's time to
respec into a different build .
