Developers Rocksteady will be releasing a new series of videos that provide an in-depth look at the upcoming Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. The developer has been busy working on the next game in the Arkhamverse for some time, although Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has suffered some delays since it was first unveiled.

First announced in 2020, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a four-player co-op shooter set in an open-world Metropolis, where the premise is to take out the titular Justice League, who have all fallen foul to Brainiac’s latest scheme. As the release date of February 2, 2024 gets closer, players will soon be finding out a lot more about the ins and outs of Kill the Justice League.

Posting across the company's social channels, Rocksteady is gearing up to showcase a series of videos that delve into Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. The first video will go live at 10 AM PST on Wednesday, November 15, with the focus being on the game’s story as well as gameplay mechanics. Accompanying the news is a short teaser trailer, reaffirming that the Suicide Squad will have to live up to the name of the game and take on heroes that include Superman and Green Lantern.

Fans will no doubt be excited to get a deep dive into Kill the Justice League as the developers went to ground after the latest delay hit the game. Since the delay into 2024, news surrounding the game has been slim. However, gamers will be excited to hear Kevin Conroy will be performing as Batman for the final time, as his lines for his part were completed before the iconic actor passed away in November 2022.

The next few months will be busy for Rocksteady; not only is Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League gearing up for launch, but the developers will be releasing the controversial Switch port of the Batman: Arkham Trilogy. The compilation of Batman’s story will be released on December 1. However, only Arkham Asylum will be on the cartridge. Players wanting to experience the full trilogy will have to head to the Nintendo eShop to download Arkham City and Arkham Knight.

A number of questions have arisen surrounding what form the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League multiplayer element will look like, with some theorizing it will be a live-service game akin to Destiny 2.
