Because she is not the tanky type like King Shark, Harley Quinn is best at dishing out the hurt while staying on the move. She is also not as good at firearms as Deadshot, but having the right loadout can negate that disadvantage quite handily.

Using dual pistols can elevate her damage potential instantly. The Overture is quick to fire and makes it easy to bring down most of the cannon fodder, while the Black Mask's Bulletstorm's special ability to cause explosions with the marking of every three enemies makes it a real crowd-pleaser. Having Ivy's Freeze Affliction on melee attacks also gives you a great way to remove shields and deal critical damage easily.

Add her Talents into the mix, and Harley becomes very good at staying alive by cutting down the enemy using various status effects, AoE attacks, and constant shield regeneration. Make sure to use her grapple ability often to take advantage of airborne bonuses as well, making it easier to clear out Brainiac's cronies and save the day.
