When a Street Fighter 6 character is in the Burnout state, they restore the Drive Gauge over time or by successfully landing attacks. On the other hand, being in a Burnout state leaves a character severely vulnerable. Some limitations include the inability to use Drive Gauge-dependent moves, the chance of being stunned, and the vulnerability to being knocked out by chip damage.
