The multiplayer servers for Street Fighter 6 are down at the time of this writing, with many users unable to access the game's online features at all. Street Fighter 6 is the latest installment in Capcom's critically-acclaimed fighting game franchise. It features a variety of online multiplayer features for fans to take advantage of, including a social Battle Hub space, ranked fights, and much more.
Online multiplayer is a big part of the Street Fighter 6 experience. There are many fighting game fans who exclusively play multiplayer, and so being unable to access the game's online features can be frustrating. Unfortunately, Street Fighter 6 servers have gone down multiple times since the game's launch in June, and it seems they are down again as of July 12.
The Street Fighter 6 servers are down at the time of this writing, with users running into the error code 40301-30001 followed by a bunch of random numbers and letters. Capcom has yet to acknowledge that Street Fighter 6 servers are down just yet, but hopefully the company becomes aware of the problem soon so that it can be fixed. But while Street Fighter 6's online multiplayer servers being down is no doubt frustrating for fans, the good news is that the game at least offers some offline options.
Street Fighter 6's World Tour mode can be played completely offline and gives players a robust single-player experience with RPG elements, beat 'em up encounters, and signature Street Fighter battles. It's easily the most extensive single-player experience any Street Fighter game has offered so far, and it's a big part of the reason why the newest game has earned such praise from critics.
Of course, Street Fighter 6's glowing reviews have also been for its online functionality, so it's a shame that it's not working right now. We will update this article whenever Street Fighter 6's online multiplayer services have been restored.
