Players share a useful tip for fellow Stardew Valley fans, which takes advantage of a key change brought in Update 1.6.

During a fresh playthrough of Stardew Valley after Update 1.6, player Lupyx_of_Wallachia noticed that the Dwarf visited the Stardew Valley Fair, which marks the first time the curious NPC was spotted outside the Mines. The Dwarf in Stardew Valley is a mysterious creature, who cannot be spoken with until players uncover all the Dwarven Scrolls hidden throughout the Mines in the Mountain north of Robin's cabin. Once the player unlocks dialogue with the Dwarf, they will be able to purchase certain goods from the creature, such as bombs. Unlike the human NPCs of Pelican Town, the Dwarf never leaves his home in the Mines, save for a single cutscene in the sewers with Krobus. Following Update 1.6, however, the Dwarf can be seen in the town center for the first time in the game's history during the autumnal Stardew Valley Fair.
