Additionally, if players haven’t engaged in any significant activities on their farm, they have the option to restart the day. In Stardew Valley, progress is only saved when the farmer goes to bed, so players can simply exit the game and initiate a restart. This action enables players to turn back time to a point before the sword was lost, ensuring they won't repeat the same mishap.
Using Marlon’s Item Recovery Service

The Adventurer’s Guild

The Adventurer’s Guild is open daily, from 2 PM to 10 PM. Marlon is usually at the counter, where he offers a variety of weapons for sale. Players can purchase a new sword from his Shop if they wish.

The Mines
As players venture deeper into the Mines, they are rewarded with unique weapons, including Swords. Additionally, they may come across chests that contain various kinds of weapons. It's essential for players to keep exploring and battling monsters in the Mines to improve their chances of finding a valuable sword, such as the incredibly sharp Obsidian Edge. The Obsidian Edge can be obtained as a chest reward on Level 90 of the Mines.
The Calico Desert
Situated in the northeast part of the Calico Desert are three mysterious pillars. Here, players can transform the Prismatic Shard into the Galaxy Sword, a truly magical weapon.
After unlocking the Galaxy Sword, players have the option to buy a replacement from Marlon at the Adventurer's Guild for a price of 50,000 gold if they happen to lose it.
The Volcano Dungeon
There are two types of treasure chests that randomly spawn inside The Volcano Dungeon.
- Common Chests: There is a 0.05% chance of finding an ancient Dwarf Sword inside a Common Chest.
- Rare Chests: Players have a 0.04% chance to find the Dragontooth Cutlass, a blade forged from a magical tooth inside a Rare Chest.
Fishing Treasure Chests
Fishing treasure chests are special loot items that can be hooked while fishing. Players have a 15% chance of stumbling upon a treasure chest. Once they reach Fishing Level 2+, players have a 0.6% chance of reeling in a unique sword known as Neptune’s Glaive.
