The Tea Set is not a traditional “drop” item that players can collect by killing monsters or breaking rocks in the Mines. The only way to snag this charming decoration is to get it as a gift at the Feast of the Winter Star event.
The Feast of the Winter Star is a festival in Stardew Valley that takes place on Winter 25th every year. To attend the festival, players simply need to enter Pelican Town between 9 am and 2 pm. The main event of the Feast of the Winter Star is a secret gift-giving game, where a random villager is assigned to be the player’s “secret Santa.” Players can only find out who their Secret-Gift Giver is when they attend the Feast.
The Tea Set is among the many gifts players can receive at the Winter Star. All adult villagers, except Clint, Robin, Evelyn, Willy, or Marnie may give players a Tea Set. However, it is a rare item with a low chance of appearing compared to the other options for Winter Star gifts.
