Star Wars' Disney+ spin-off series, The Mandalorian, proved to be a massive success when it premiered in 2019, with The Child, aka Baby Yoda, being responsible for at least some of its popularity. Fans scrambled to buy Baby Yoda toys in the past, but a new toy that requires thunking Baby Yoda on the head may leave fans scratching their own.

Disney scrambled to produce enough toys and collectibles based on The Mandalorian after its popularity took off, with many fans being disappointed that Baby Yoda didn't have much representation at the time. Now, Hasbro has unveiled a Mandalorian-themed Bop It interactive game, which requires players to bop, twist, and pull on the poor Child.

Of course, these actions are expected of Bop It, and players can choose to lightly press on The Child's head instead (until the game becomes frantic, anyway). Other versions of Bop It based on Star Wars have also tasked players with bopping everything from droids to Chewbacca, so it's not the first time Star Wars fans have been asked to whack their favorite characters.

For fans who are interested in picking up the toy, it's slated to go on sale sometime in the fall, exclusively at Walmart. Of course, there's always the possibility that the Baby Yoda toy could be delayed due to distribution or production issues because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but fans will just have to keep their eyes open for the toy and hope.

The Mandalorian is available via streaming on Disney+.
