Within the world of Star Wars: Hunters, players can take part in intense battles on a wide variety of maps, finishing off each other with powerful attacks and ultimates. Each unique map has its own obstacles and visual appeal, as well as tactical advantages that players can use to defeat their enemies. Some maps in the game have a lot more to offer than others.
Star Wars: Hunters - How To Play Sentinel
There are a lot of great tanks in Star Wars Hunters, but Sentinel is one of the best thanks to a kit that allows them to dominate.
With the current six total maps fans can play on, some have much more visible strengths that make them a dream to play on. These are all the maps, ranked based on how enjoyable they are to battle on and which ones offer the best scenery.
6 Dune Sea Outpost
Another Tatooine

- Is an easily accessible map for beginners
- Can be boring and repetitive
Although sandy dune settings are a common occurrence in the Star Wars world, the Dune Sea Outpost is a relatively forgettable map. Most of the map is focused around a circular center arena, which is where players will find most of their opponents. Outside here, there are a few sandy paths leading inside, but there isn't much to look at.
Along with this, many players will find it difficult to find significant cover, as most of the map is open without many blockades to hide behind. Most of the map feels like just another repeat of a map from a previous game without much additional creativity. Overall, the Dune Sea Outpost is quite insignificant, without anything new to peak player interest. The most fans will get out of it is if they take it on with their friends.
5 Mos Espa Podrace
For Phantom Menace Fans

- Has an interesting podracer obstacle
- Is quite empty, without much to look at
Podracing is a popular sport in the Star Wars world, and it appears heavily in The Phantom Menace film. Fans of this movie will particularly enjoy the Mos Espa Podrace map, complete with actual podracers who have the ability to take players out. So, this map certainly has some of the most interesting obstacles in the game to keep things interesting in any game mode.
Star Wars: Hunters - All Characters (& How To Unlock Them)
Star Wars: Hunters features a colorful cast of characters taken straight out of the Star Wars universe and into mobiles and Switch consoles.
However, the Mos Espa Podrace map falls a bit short otherwise, with a similar structure to that of Dune Sea Outpost. There is a circular center that practically every player will bolt to, without much else content to look at in the surrounding areas. Most of the area is littered with junk, without much else visual appeal. Although this location is relatively easy to navigate, making it a quick path to health and energy recovery stations, it won't do much else to keep players engaged.
4 Ewok Village
Cute But Lacking

- Offers a forest setting different from the rest
- Is a bit empty, like Mos Espa Podrace
Ewoks are adorable, furry creatures frequently appearing in the Star Wars universe, and their presence in Star Wars: Hunters has led to a calm and peaceful forest map, the Ewok Village. Players will feel the Endor atmosphere here, surrounded by an abundance of trees and beautiful greenery. The forests are certainly inviting to many.
Ewok Village also offers a lot of mobility, even for those who aren't playing as Imara Vex, who has the ability to grapple onto ledges. Players will be able to easily bolt out of an area if their health gets dangerously low, meaning battles in Ewok Village will most likely be much longer as it will take more time to take out an enemy. The only issue with this map is that it can feel a bit empty due to the very minimal amount of blockades and props.
3 Vespaara Row
A Colorful Delight
Pros & Cons:
- Gives a cyberpunk feel with neon colors
- Is a bit convoluted and hard to navigate
This fresh neon city is one of the newest maps to be introduced to Star Wars: Hunters, and is certainly a welcome addition. The beautiful location is covered in brightly-lit signs, small stores, and colorful graffiti. Vespaara Row will drop players right into a cyberpunk world reminiscent of the nightlife and overall atmosphere of the massive city of Coruscant.

Players will get to experience Star Wars: Hunters in a number of iconic locations from the Star Wars universe.
Though the atmosphere is certainly visually engaging, this can make it difficult to focus on the battle at hand. When playing in Vespaara Row, it's understandable to get lost in the colorful city and lose track of enemies. Players will also find it difficult to take on their opponent since most of the battles will be at close quarters, which can be great for Rieve players. This could be a positive for some, however, as it leads to engaging and difficult encounters.
2 Death Star Crossfire
A Structured Battleground

- Offers a sprawling area with many props, like TIE Fighters
- Will require constant movement
Death Star Crossfire is a true ode to Star Wars and its popular films, with the well-known setting of the Death Star. Sprawled throughout this map, fans will find crashed and broken-down TIE Fighters, the spacecraft of choice for Darth Vader, with torn floors and an overall gutted atmosphere. Players can tell that a major battle occurred just before they approach this arena as they are surrounded by the red and fiery setting.
Not only does this map have aesthetically-pleasing surroundings, but its gameplay is also enjoyable and will give players a rush of adrenaline. Many will find themselves quickly swapping between levels, avoiding damage from enemies while simultaneously taking out others from the high-ground. It will keep players engaged until the last second, constantly requiring movement to stay in the game, which can be difficult for slow tank characters.
1 Vandor Railyard
A Winter Wonderland

- Gives a multitude of levels to jump between
- Can be difficult to stay alive and take out enemies
Although this map has an atmosphere that might not be as recognizable to fans as Death Star Crossfire or the Dune Sea Outpost, it holds its own weight due to its fantastic versatility and multitude of levels that players can change between to get the high-ground on enemies. This means players will find themselves moving around through open areas almost throughout the entire match, allowing for engaging and difficult combat and more chances to earn credits.
In Vandor Railyard, players will also need to avoid a moving train, similar to the podracers in Mos Espa Podrace. There are floating platforms that can be jumped across here as well, allowing players to hide and take out enemies without being detected. Not to mention the snowy surroundings that will add to the appeal, with an industrial aesthetic to tie everything together. Fans will love this map and will be locked into their battles.
