Star Wars: The 22 Best Comics Every Fan Should Read

Star Wars has been adapted into nearly every form of media out there. For fans of comics, these are worth checking out.

Players should take the time to test out every character available, and use the one they feel they are most effective with, but should also be aware of every ultimate ability that could cost them the match — and which characters use them.

7 Diago

Piercing Rounds

Diago Star Wars Hunters

Diago is an amazing all-rounder that is not too hard to pick up. This could be why he can be found high up on a tier list of the game's playable characters. His ultimate is straightforward and highly effective, coming in the form of Piercing Rounds. These will cause Diago to fire his weapon in a straight line, piercing through numerous enemies with each shot. These shots each deal a high damage.

Diago is already a great character that players should play a couple of games with from the moment they unlock him, but his ultimate makes him a character worth mastering.

6 Imara Vex

Seeker Salvo

Imara Vex Star Wars Hunters

Imara Vex is another great all-rounder, with a similar kit to Diago. However, her ultimate sets her apart from Diago in thethrough its AoE capabilities. This ultimate, called Seeker Salvo, will have Imara take a knee and use her shoulder-mounted missile launcher to barrage an area, with deadly results.

Her most effective playstyle will have her taking advantage of the high ground, and from here, she can rain down damage in Squad Brawl and clear Control Points in other game modes.

5 Sprocket

Ultra Turret

Sprocket Star Wars Hunters

Turrets in shooters can be a hard thing to balance, but making them an ultimate ability makes things a little easier, since it only needs to measure up to other damage-based ultimates. For the Support character Sprocket, players will get the ultimate ability known as the Ultra Turret. This turret will open fire on any enemies in its line of sight, but will prioritize enemies affected by the Targeting Drone ability.

Though they are some of the galaxy's most famous Padawans, these characters were not shining examples of a model Jedi apprentice.

This allows a player to instantly have the option of dealing out a ton of damage to an enemy that starts rushing them, but can also be used for opening fire against enemies on a Control Point. This can be a great way to defend against an enemy player who wishes to swoop in and grab the trophy in Trophy Case, as well.

4 Sentinel

Empire’s Finest

Tan Sentinel Star Wars Hunters

Players will love playing Sentinel, as he is one of the best characters in the entire game, and this comes down to using his entire kit effectively. However, once players activate Sentinel's ultimate, things just get even better. His ultimate goes by Empire’s Finest, and will see this character calling in backup from 2 additional stormtroopers.

These units act like mobile turrets that can pursue enemies who try to run for cover, giving this ultimate a mobility advantage over Sprocket’s stationary turret. Sentinel will still have access to his entire kit while these 2 units follow and fire at any enemies they come across. This, combined with his other tanky abilities, allows for a relentless push on objectives while dealing damage to the multiple enemies they may come across.

3 Zaina

Rallying Cry

Zaina Star Wars Hunters

Zaina is one of the game's few support characters, and her ultimate is called Rallying Cry. This ability will cause her to place a flag where she stands that will instantly give her and all her allies a massive boost to their health bars.

It can be used to outlast enemies in one-on-one fights, but it shines best on Control Point maps. Players should coordinate team rushes on Control Point and then have Zaina plant her flag to push enemies off of them while taking it for themselves.

2 Skora

Unstable Cocktail

Skora Star Wars Hunters

Skora makes it high up on this list for the same reason Zaina does; her ultimate can turn the tide of controlling a point and win matches. She is a support character that can make use of the Unstable Cocktail ultimate. Skora will throw out a projectile as her ultimate ability, which will coat a targeted location in a healing substance. This area of effect will continuously heal allies while damaging enemies.

This can be highly useful at certain times, and completely game-changing at others. Skora can throw Unstable Cocktail at melee allies such as Rieve, J-3DI, and Grozz while they are engaging enemies to support her allies while making it easier for them to finish off their foes. This ultimate shines most when thrown on a control point with numerous enemies on it.

1 Rieve

Crushing Will

Rieve Star Wars Hunters

Rieve’s ultimate ability is amazing in every game mode that the game has to offer. Her ultimate is called Crushing Will, and it lets Rieve use the Force to decimate her foes — fitting for one of the many Damage characters in the game.

She will start by creating a red ring that will rise up from the ground, along with several rocks, that will stun all enemies within their area of effect. This red ring will then shrink in size, pulling all affected enemies closer to Rieve. This allows her to unleash a massive amount of damage and even finish off the entire enemy team if used at the right time
