A different user seemingly shared the same sentiment, noting that she loved Barris Offee as a healer in the Expanded Universe books, making it difficult to accept how the character was portrayed in the Clone Wars series.
Other Star Wars fans have different opinions about the character. One said Barris Offee doesn't have an arc because she only appeared twice in Clone Wars season 2 and disappeared during the bombing, and when she returned, she was already against the Jedi. The 2018 reference book Star Wars: The Dark Side stated that she had been acting as a double agent for Sith. However, the episode established that she did it out of her hatred for the dark side and not because she was one with them. Also, in her confession, Barris Offee blamed the Jedi for the war, noting that they had lost their way and became villains, which was what happened to her. Barris Offee is someone in between. She wasn't 100 percent bad; she was just a lost soul, a lost Jedi who became a rebel.
