With the beta for Star Wars: Battlefront 2 running from October 6 to October 9 (or October 4 for those with early access), many fans of the beloved sci-fi franchise have been gearing up to check out the upcoming title. Now, those planning on playing the Battlefront 2Â open beta on PC have a better chance to plan ahead, after the PC specs for the game were released.
These Star Wars: Battlefront 2 system specs were revealed by Electronic Arts and DICE over on the official page for the beta. In terms of minimum requirements, a 64-bit OS at Windows 7 SP1 is required, alongside 8GB RAM and 55GB of hard drive space. However, no doubt players will want to reach a little more than the minimum specs.
Those planning to check out the Battlefront 2 beta should also take heed of a warning left by EA. "The Star Wars: Battlefront 2 beta is among the biggest ever distributed by EA, so be mindful that downloading and installing will take a while," stated the publisher. "Be sure to allow plenty of time for this!"
