A gamer decided to share their clip showing off a glitch that allowed them to reach new heights in Spider-Man: Miles Morales. While it has been out for a few years now, Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a game that has a lot of replay value and is a perfect fit for the holidays with its narrative being set around Christmas.

Insomniac Games' Marvel's Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Miles Morales are no strangers to glitches and bugs. Despite being a very polished game, Spider-Man: Miles Morales had a fair share of glitches on release. Some of the most infamous glitches involved the player being glitched within a subway, and another where Miles started T-posing after trying to escape from underneath a car and moving throughout burning rubble.

Reddit user waiting_for_content's glitch is a lot less egregious. Miles can be seen wearing the Bodega Cat Suit and floating above the city while spamming Venom Jump so high into the air that one can nearly see the entire map loaded on screen. The clip is accompanied by a caption that simply states "a plane flew under me." The rest of the clip shows Miles maintaining flight with his abilities instantly being replenished with each jump.

Fellow Reddit users took to the replies to explain the clip. One user suggested that the player attempt to land on one of the passing airplanes. Another user expressed their disappointment that the original poster did not ground smash at the end of the video. In a reply to someone asking how they were able to achieve this feat, one user suggested that it may have been an exploit as opposed to a glitch, stating that it was actually part of a specific mission where players are supposed to use the ability so the gauge for it is constantly replenished on purpose. There was also a comment that suggested it could have been a mod considering Spider-Man: Miles Morales is now out on PC.

Glitch, mod, or exploit, the clip made for an amazing view over the world of Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Considering the massive success of the franchise, it is not a surprise that players are still playing and finding out new glitches, bugs, and exploits to experiment with. The Spider-Man games are also more accessible that ever as both Marvel's Spider-Man and Spider:Man Miles Morales are included in PlayStation Plus Extra game list. Spider-Man 2 is also currently scheduled for a 2023 release as well.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
