At a certain point in the story, players will get an opportunity to try out a Mysterium, a new gadget created by Mysterio to provide entertainment for people. However, it turns out that it has many problems. So, it is up to the players to fix the Mysteriums and save the people trapped inside.

In order to unlock Mysteriums, players have to complete the Master Illusionist main mission. There are a total of ten Mysteriums in Spider-Man 2, but only the first nine will be available initially. Players must fix the nine, and only then will the tenth appear. These missions can be completed by Miles. Finding all the Mysteriums can be challenging, so this guide covers the locations of all the Mysteriums in Spider-Man 2.
