Spidey’s latest game may not even be out yet, as it’ll only be available by October 20, but it’s already one of the highest-rated Insomniac games of all time. The physical releases contain the original build of the game, which is 100% playable from start to finish. However, this version lacks some general refinements, as well as additional accessibility options, and players who do not update their game files will miss out on that. Players who bought the game digitally, however, will not have to worry, as their games will already be patched up to the 1.001.002 version as soon as they start playing.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 originally went gold back on September 20, a full month before the official release. This means that the team had plenty of time to make significant improvements.
