Soulmask is a tough survival game where the players get experience for everything they do. From farming and harvesting, to hunting and fighting, everything in the game progresses the player further in their journey to conquer the land. As players get more experience, they level up in different aspects.
When they level up in character level, players get the opportunity to allocate stat points to any of the five stats of their choosing. These are Perception, Physique, Strength, Endurance, and Agility. Choosing the right stat to invest in means an easier early game, and a better put-together build in the long run.

Best Stats To Level Up First in Soulmask
The best stat for any given player depends on the kind of mask they've chosen, and what playstyle they want to pursue in their session. Players have three options for the kind of character they want to create, i.e., Archer, Tank, and Rogue. Archers use bows and thrown items to deal damage, Tanks use greatswords and hammers, and Rogues use swords, spears, gauntlets, and dual blades. Here are the best stats for each one:

Tank | Strength | Physique | Civilization Mask | Heavy fighters are known for two things: taking a lot of damage, and dishing out even more. The Strength and Physique stats will let tanks do exactly that. Strength increases the damage of heavy weapons like great swords and hammers, and it increases the load capacity of the player, meaning players can more easily use heavier equipment. Meanwhile, the Physique stat will grant the tanks a higher amount of health, better health regeneration, and a resilience against a variety of status effects, letting the player take a lot more punishment. Whether a player is playing in an offline world or an online server with other people, a Tank is a great class for any situation. |
Rogue | Agility | Endurance, Physique | Conquest Mask | Everyone from Spear masters to gauntlet users come into the category of agile fighters. Anyone that uses one-handed weapons as their main damage dealer of choice should put most of their points into Agility. Dual Blade users also get a buff from Agility. Additionally, this stat highlights the great aspect of a rogue fighter, and increases their attack speed. The second stat that these players should focus on depends on their personal preference. If players feel like they need more stamina, they should go with Endurance. But if they feel the need for better survivability, they can opt for putting some stat points into Physique. |
Choosing the right base is also important for having a good early game. A good base with a good resource output means getting to the mid-game that much faster.
