By the time fans reach Chaos Island in Sonic Frontiers, they should be well acquainted with the island challenge puzzles that make up a significant part of the game's progression and navigation on the five Starfall Islands. As a result, the third island in the game, while rather barren, makes some important landmark challenges like M-063 harder to find than the challenge itself. This may leave fans with blank spaces on their maps as they try their best to find the last few challenges they need, and M-075 is in a rather confusing and hard-to-reach spot.

Sonic Frontiers: The Location of M-075 On Chaos Island

M-075 can be found at the top of Chaos Island's icy glaciers and counts for such a small portion of the map that it's rather easy to miss, leading to lots of frustration for those aiming to get the Chaos Explorer trophy.

However, getting there is quite simple when fans know the way. On the map above, there's a small area to the right of the Tails icon that's tinted red. This represents the flowers that cover the ground in this area around a few pillars. It may be hard to find this entrance at first, as it's rather narrow, and the surrounding ice will be almost impossible to climb with just Sonic's abilities. This is the only surefire way to get to not one but two island challenge puzzles, which makes completing this island a bit tricky.

If fans go to this area and cyloop a treasure chest sign, they'll be entered into a 2D section that will lead them up near a Spider guardian. Players just need to head to the right and complete two more 2D sections to be thrown up toward M-075, which is a rather simple side-step puzzle.

Side-step puzzles in Sonic Frontiers only require fans to use the shoulder buttons to move Sonic to the left or right quickly to hit five tiles that light up when they need to be pressed. Even though Chaos Island is rather late into Frontiers, M-075 is one of the ones with the lengthiest time, so fans shouldn't worry about the fact that they need to hit fifteen tiles to complete the challenge.

Once players are done, they can make their way to the left side of the little crater in the ice and find M-062 near the remains of a broken artillery cannon. This puzzle is also rather simple, only requiring fans to jump on platforms to cyloop three shining lights.

With both of these puzzles complete, players don't need to go up to the freezing peaks of Chaos Island unless they want to challenge themselves by fighting the optional guardian in the area. Instead, they can spend their time tracking down Tails' memory tokens and the other puzzles on the island.

Sonic Frontiers is available for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
