A fan of Skyrim has recently created a life-size replica of the Dragon Priest staves from the game. The Dragon Priests staves in Skryim are all similarly designed, though each one casts a different spell, from Wall of Ice to Wall of Fire. The Dragon Priest staves are also unique items, one of which can be acquired by completing Skyrim's epic College of Winterhold quest line. Given the detail of the staves, it is incredible that a fan has managed to recreate them.

There are many impressive details in Skyrim, from Forsworn Briarhearts to NPC relationships. Similarly, the detail that Bethesda put into the Dragon Priests staves and their lore is epic. Because of the epic history of the staves and their prominent role in Skyrim's open world, it should come as no surprise that a fan has decided to craft them in real life.

Reddit user t_sekuloski recently posted an image to the Skyrim subreddit that shows two stunning Dragon Priest staves. The staves are both life-size, and are complete with the markings and dragon faces from in-game, though they are made from that is reminiscent of destruction staves rather than the dark materials of the actual Dragon Priest staves. In The Elder Scrolls 5, the Dragon Priest staves are best paired with some of Skyrim's most unique pieces of armor. In real life, however, t_sekuloski's creations are so eye-catching that they don't need to be accompanied by any other items.

The Dragon Priest staves can be very valuable when fighting bosses in Skyrim. Their abilities, notably Wall of Ice, Wall of Fire, and Wall of Lightning, are very powerful spells. Of course, when using the staves in-game players don't often notice how intricate they are. Indeed, the recent post on Reddit highlights the detail that Bethesda put into Skyrim. The image shows the little wooden scales, the knobs, and the unique shapes that make the Dragon Priest staves instantly recognizable.

Of course, the staves are only a few of the impressive fan recreations from Skyrim. The Elder Scrolls 5 has accumulated an incredibly loyal community of gamers since it was released more than a decade ago, one which continues to find new ways to express their passions for the title. Though Bethesda is done releasing new content for The Elder Scrolls 5, fans have been creating their own mods and replicas that have allowed Skyrim to take on a life of its own. Indeed, until such time as the next Elder Scrolls game is released, fans can continue playing the epic content of The Elder Scrolls 5 and sharing their dedication to the game.

Skyrim is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
