According to SxhbOnXbox, they have been playing Skyrim for years since its launch but never got this specific version of the weapon, despite finding countless normal Nord hammers that were fairly similar to this one, as well as some of Skyrim's powerful unique hammers.
The people in the comment section discussed the player’s discovery, affirming that the Honed Ancient Nord Warhammer was added in Skyrim Anniversary Edition and could be turned into a Nord Hero Warhammer via crafting. SxhbOnXbox did not play this new edition many times, and that’s probably why the player never found this loot in previous gameplays. Some people on the thread, such as Trokiaz, even satirized the situation, affirming that they played for over 84,000 hours and didn’t even know Draugrs had weapons.
