A Skyrim fan shared an image showing that they had completed a ridiculous number of quests in the game. In addition to the main story, The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim features tons of different types of quests that task players with exploring the many locations and dungeons present in the world.

Like previous games in The Elder Scrolls franchise, gamers can join factions like the Dark Brotherhood or the Thieves Guild, granting them access to even more quests. While some quests in Skyrim are better than others, there is an impressive number of them available to players throughout their playthrough. Now, one Skyrim fan shows that they have completed a ridiculous number of quests in the game.

A Reddit user named GuiltyAd8415 has shared an image featuring their gameplay stats from The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, showing that they have completed over four billion quests, an astronomical 4,294,967,294 to be exact, in the game. Accompanying this information are other stats like the number of locations they discovered in Skyrim or their current level in the playthrough. Furthermore, it states that GuiltyAd8415 has played Skyrim for 34 days and 3 hours, an impressive achievement regardless of the other stats.

It’s probably impossible to complete four billion quests in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, so users in the comments section share a possible reason for this number to be so high. It looks like this issue is due to a bug when fans play a modded version of Skyrim, with one gamer claiming that their stats show over 12 billion completed quests.

This issue has occurred before, as another fan uploaded an image of their bugged stats from Skyrim, with the same number of quests completed. Users in this post share further details on the reason behind the glitch, as the number of quests they have completed is close to 4,294,967,296, the maximum value of an unsigned 32-bit integer. So, some bug in GuiltyAd8415’s game is likely the culprit behind the ridiculously high total, although the user is yet to confirm if they have any Skyrim mods installed.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is over 10 years old, and even though Bethesda has announced The Elder Scrolls 6, it was confirmed to be in pre-production as of June 2022. There is no word on a possible release date for this sequel, but fans can consider completing 15 amazing Skyrim quests as they wait for The Elder Scrolls 6.

The Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim: Anniversary Edition is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
