A creative player of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim has just produced a mod that adds the viral Grimace Shake from McDonald's into the action-RPG. With several big titles getting into the Grimace shake memes, it was only a matter of time until the Skyrim community would come up with its own way of adding the trend to the world of Tamriel.

Given how active the Skyrim player base continues to be, it is not surprising for the game to still be tackling relevant topics today. Innovative fans are constantly developing new mods to add to the action-RPG, whether its to beautify the visual experience of Skyrim or implement additional content, giving more depth to the already immersive gameplay. Adding the meme-worthy Grimace shake into the video game as a mod is another way to keep things fresh and fun, especially for people who have been playing the title for as long as they can remember.

On NexusMods, user MissileMann recently uploaded a new Skyrim mod that added a "Grimace Mead" into the video game. Not much detail is shared about the mod by the creator, and the description only has some flavor text about the Grimace milkshake. According to the mod's description, the specialty mead can be bought from Belethor in Whiterun as a specialty item to celebrate the birthday of the shopkeeper's friend Grimace.

Unfortunately, curious players will have to actually download and implement the mod to see what happens when they drink the Grimace Mead. MissileMann did add "horror" and "not lore-friendly" tags to their NexusMods upload, so players have been warned that what they see may not be that visually appealing. Given how disturbing some of the Grimace milkshake memes have become, it is not surprising for a player's Dragonborn character in Skyrim to take a turn for the worse when they consume the specialty mead.

No matter how mysterious the Grimade Mead is, many fans will probably agree that these kinds of gameplay mods in Skyrim are what make the game more exciting. However, given that there is no official description about what can happen when the character drinks the mead, players should probably make a separate save file so as not to lose any progress. Hopefully it all turns out well and the mod will be fun for any Skyrim fans who have the courage to try it out.
