It can be deeply personalized depending on how much of a challenge players are looking for, but in any case, will fit realistic vampiric experiences very well into the vanilla progression.
Being able to turn NPCs into vampires is also a very nice addition, adding to the realism, and adding abilities that will make some parts of playing easier, and some much harder, allowing the whole experience to feel a great deal more grounded in reality. Sadly, a lack of updates to this mod has seen it fly under the radar, and it seems that the original creator has since deleted their account.
