Although The Sims 4 didn't release any specific updates or events for Pride Month, its fans created new content to represent the LGBTQ+ community.

The Sims franchise was among the first life simulators to adopt a gender-inclusive character creation model and has been one of the best games with inclusive romance options since its launch. Because of this, The Sims 4, one of the most popular entries in the franchise, garners attention each Pride Month as players look forward to potential gifts, goodies, or freebies to celebrate Pride. A much-anticipated life sim meant to compete with The Sims 4 gets canceled following around half a decade's worth of troubled development.

A high-neck tight top in rainbow color variants was added to The Sims 4 as part of a Pride Month package on The Sims Resource. Created by ZNSims, a dedicated Sims creator, this Pride-themed Custom Content can be downloaded using the code “1705201.” The top isn't the only free cosmetic item available. The Pride Month collection also includes a fan-favorite Lace-Up Vest with the pride flag and the Retro Fluffy Curly Hair with LGBTQ+ dye options. All these items are free and could be considered some of the best Custom Content in The Sims 4 compared with other Pride-themed options.
