The really cool part is the pool, which is built on a patio that's suspended on a foundation. This isn't a choice many builders make, but it works quite well for this home. All things considered, its price of 58,956 simoleons is very reasonable.

9 Roisin: §120,951

If the addition of custom content with a build isn't a problem, there are plenty of creations that utilize the power of ultra realistic objects and decorations to create something truly unique.

For something truly unique and special, a family needs a colorful and creative house that shows off their personality. This boho build by Lhonna Sims is without equivalent in so many ways, and has all the perfect colors and patterns.

There are tons of different architectures mixed together here, which makes it easy to insert in almost any world. Just make sure the family can afford to pay 219,992 simoleons for it.

3 Victorian House: §244,404

Another classic creation is this Victorian-style fenced home with multiple floors and an elegant white exterior. Straight out of a period drama, creator Monolis1122 stayed true to the historical theme of the building all the way through.
