This problem is a difficult moral decision that will have a significant impact on the Dark Urge storyline in BG3.

Baldur's Gate 3: Isobel

Below, readers will find all the ways to complete the quest from the killer butler and the consequences that gamers will face if they choose it:

What if Players Kill Isobel?

If players choose to return to Last Light Inn and provoke Isobel into a fight, and they kill her while completing the quest from Sceleritas, this will lead to a confrontation with Jaheira if she is alive. In addition, gamers will face problems progressing with Karlach's quest, as Dammon will become undead and need to be killed.

Also, some lore and progress in the campaign will be lost, as this option will lead to the death of Art Cullagh, and Shadow Curse will get into the Last Light Inn, killing many characters needed for certain questlines.

Nevertheless, completing the task from the butler's killer, Sceleritas, is guaranteed to be rewarded with a unique shapeshifting power that turns the character into a bloodthirsty monster. Sceleritas Fel will give players Slayer Form and ask them to finish the job with the destruction of the Isobel family, the Moonmades.

Telling Isobel the Truth About Urge

If players choose to be honest and tell Isobel about their Urge, they will be knocked out and tied to a post to resist their Urge by making Wisdom saving throws. It is also recommended for gamers to make a save before attempting saving throws so that they can re-roll them in case they get unlucky.

Baldur's Gate 3 is available now on PC and PS5, with an Xbox Series X version also in development.
