Ash of War Rolling Sparks Scarab in Shadow of the Erdtree

Ignore the Keep and turn around to climb the hill with the multiple wooden spike barricades. Go past the Perfumers and head on up the hill. Here, you can spot a scarab flying up in the sky. You will have to make use of any long-range Sorcery or Incantation to make the Scarab fall down. A bow should also do the job, and once the Scarab is down, head towards it and kill it to acquire the Ash of War: Rolling Sparks.
