Chapter 13 of World Tour mode is a relatively short one when all's said and done, with one of the four missions not being resolved until a later chapter and two of the others lasting only a matter of minutes. Players will learn the identity of one of the most mysterious Street Fighter 6 fighters though, and will also get a chance to explore a bit more of the SiRN Building from Chapter 8.

Most Street Fighter 6 players will probably be able to complete Chapter 13 in about 20 minutes, which may come as a relief to some given that it comes right off the bat of two or three fairly meaty chapters. Those worried about its brevity can rest assured that there's still plenty more to follow, including the Suval'hal Martial Arts Tournament.

Like several of the other main story missions in the World Tour mode of Street Fighter 6, players won't actually be able to tackle "The Suval'hal Martial Arts Tournament" during the main part of Chapter 13. Instead, for whatever reason, the first mission that players will be able to complete in this chapter is 13-2, which is called "Mission Briefing."

Chapter 13 of World Tour mode begins with a message from Li-Fen, who asks the player to meet her at the Hong Hu Lu Chinatown in Metro City during daytime hours. She'll talk a little more about the information that she found on the data card while also expressing her reservations about the player's participation in the Suval'hal tournament, after which, the mission will be marked as complete. As well as five Flight Tickets, players will unlock the Medium difficulty version of Scrap Heap, which is great for farming money in World Tour mode.

As soon as they finish speaking with Li-Fen, players will get a message from an unknown contact that will ultimately lead them back to the food truck that they visited in Beat Square during Chapter 1 of World Tour mode. If they check the back of a truck, they'll find a photograph of the top of the SiRN Building and a Level 3 Key Card which can be used to reach the upper floors. They'll also get 3,000 Zenny and the "Where it All Began" main story mission will come to an end

Chapter 13 - 4: A Most Beautiful Mess Walkthrough

To complete "A Most Beautiful Mess," players will need to make their way up to the top of the SiRN Building just as they did in Chapter 8. Once inside, they should ride the elevator up to the seventh floor and then, if they're not in too much of a hurry, speak with SiRN Staff Grace. She'll ask them to solve 2^6x3x643 and then enter the solution into the Passcode screen on the messages menu of the cellphone. The answer to Grace's question is 123456, and typing this in will lead to her sending players a message. After they read it, they can speak with her again to receive some Street Fiber (Legs) and (Shoes).

After talking to Grace, players should head down the ramp to the left of the elevators and then keep following the outer wall of the building round to the right, being sure to grab the Spartan Helmet from the chest on the seventh floor as they do so. Once they reach the roof, they'll need to square off against a couple of Copy Fighters, after which, they'll be asked to head up to the Cardboard Combatant. Before doing so, though, they should make their way through the nearby shipping container and open the chest on the other side, which will reward them with a valuable Gold Nugget.

The fight with the Cardboard Combatant is much like the one in Chapter 11, if not a little easier. Players should focus on blocking his big attacks and then punishing him with Specials. If they're able to trap him in a corner this fight can be over pretty quickly, but they'll need to remain on their toes as just one or two of his attacks can decimate their health bar, making healing items a must for more offensively-minded players. Once he goes down, the Cardboard Combatant's true identity will be revealed, and players can pick up the bracelet he drops before fleeing to bring Chapter 13 to an end.

Street Fighter 6 is available now on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
