In a Twitter post, the Sea of Stars team revealed that during the Sabobo Summit in November, they pitched ideas for the much-anticipated DLC alongside outlining the vision for "Game 3." According to the developers, the "mysterious and wacky" DLC, which was in pre-production, has now officially graduated from that phase. The Twitter post teased players with the promise of a "malevolent spectacle" awaiting them in the upcoming expansion for one of the highest-rated games of 2023.
Limited information is available about Sea of Stars' additional adventure at this time, which is going to be called Throes of the Watchmaker. However, it is known that the adventure will include Sea of Stars characters assisting the Watchmaker: a genius inventor, fully dedicated to her work, encountered by players at the Clockwork Castle during Sea of Stars’ main adventure.
