Roboquest: Best Classes, Ranked

There's a handful of unique classes for players to choose from in Roboquest, but some are better than others.

The primary weapons in Roboquest are a mix of traditional-style weapons, such as carbine rifles, bolt-action snipers, and cowboy-like revolvers, alongside weapons that shoot snow or electricity. What makes a gun good in Roboquest is the ease of use, damage deliverance, accuracy, fire rate, and its critical multiplier.

8 Quasar SMG

Energy-Based SMG With AR Attributes

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Quasar SMG
  • Base Damage: 11
  • Fire Rate: 10/s
  • Range: 16m
  • Crit. Multiplier: 1.25x
  • Ammo: 42 (Energy)

Although the fire rate is relatively slow for an SMG, the Quasar SMG in Roboquest is highly effective as it delivers a strong amount of damage for a gun with a 10/s fire rate. The Quasar SMG uses Energy ammo, which is more bouncy and feels less direct than a traditional bullet-fed weapon. However, the Quasar certainly feels quick and strong when attacking enemies.

The range of 16m is a big plus, as usually SMGs are limited to around 10m, so the Quasar SMG is more similar to an assault rifle in terms of range and damage but still delivers SMG attributes for fire rate. This makes it very useful in any situation, and a gun that is easy to use or pair with due to its very balanced group of stats.

7 Grandma's Shotgun

Old-Fashioned Double-Barrel Shotgun

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Grandmas Shotgun
  • Base Damage: 60
  • Fire Rate: 1.82/s
  • Range: 9m
  • Crit. Multiplier: 1.25x
  • Ammo: 8 (Mag.)

When talking about pure damage and devastation from close range in Roboquest, it's very hard to look past Grandma's Shotgun. Although this weapon is relatively basic, there's something about its simplistic ruthlessness that jumps it forward in terms of how fun it is to use. Combine that with a base damage of 60 and a magazine of 8 shells, players have a great option for a weapon.

Grandma's Shotgun isn't blessed in terms of range. However, that can be made up by the secondary weapon being long-range, so players shouldn't worry about that. Grandma's Shotgun has a tight enough bullet spread for a shotgun, meaning it is relatively accurate despite it being a double-barreled shotgun of basic proportions.

6 Bandito Gun

For The Western Feel

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Bandito Gun
  • Base Damage: 52
  • Fire Rate: 2/s
  • Range: 16m
  • Crit. Multiplier: 1.75x
  • Ammo: 6 (Mag.)

Although pistols are generally the weaker weapons of choice in Roboquest, the Wild West-style Bandito Gun is an anomaly here, with extremely high damage for a pistol that chews away at enemies' health. Players who find themselves able to hit headshots will love the Bandito Gun, as it is highly effective with headshots, creating an almost one-shot kill situation.

The Bandito Gun is a revolver, so it only has 6 bullets in a mag. However, each bullet is packed with damage that can be dealt up close or from afar. Players can rack up a critical multiplier, with the multiplier being 1.75x, meaning most enemies big or small will be dealt with rapidly when the critical multiplier has built up.

5 Dual Rascals

Close-Range Burst Beast

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Dual Rascals
  • Base Damage: 10
  • Fire Rate: 13.16/s
  • Range: 9m
  • Crit. Multiplier: 1.5x
  • Ammo: 40 (Mag.)

When paired with a long-range weapon and after a few upgrades, the Dual Rascals are very effective when used correctly. They are perfect for players who like to get up close and personal, with the damage seeming to increase as players get closer to the enemy. The Dual Rascals have a high fire rate, meaning players can spray mags onto enemies and deplete their health to a decent amount.

Granted, the Dual Rascals are pretty useless from long-range. However, that is not the job of the Dual Rascals. Players should look to pair the Rascals with a carbine rifle, such as the Sheriff's Carbine, or any other long-range weapon. Players could also look to pair the Dual Rascals with a shotgun to provide a completely fast-paced and close-range speedster-type build that would suit high-octane players.

4 Tomahawk

Trickshots Only

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Tomahawk
  • Base Damage: 66
  • Fire Rate: 2/s
  • Range: 16m
  • Crit. Multiplier: 1.25x
  • Ammo: 4 (Mag)

Although the Tomahawk is simply a Tomahawk, it is one of the best weapons in the game, as long as players can aim well. With 66 damage and a 1.25x critical multiplier, players can find themselves dispatching enemies very quickly with the Tomahawk. It serves well as a side piece to pretty much any weapon and can one-shot enemies with a headshot and a decent critical multiplier build-up.

Its downside is that players will require good accuracy to get the most out of the Tomahawk in Roboquest, as it only has 4 Tomahawks per magazine, so players need to be sparing with their throws. The Tomahawk is, regardless, a great choice, and can be extremely effective when used properly.

3 Kangaroo Sentry

Attack The Enemy On Two Fronts

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Kangaroo
  • Base Damage: 20
  • Fire Rate: 5/s
  • Range: 16m
  • Crit. Multiplier: 1.25x
  • Ammo: 25 (Mag.)

The Kangaroo Sentry is built for players who are more tactical and strategic with their playstyle, as players can place AI auto-sentries with the Kangaroo Sentry while laying down fire themselves with the sentry itself. The Kangaroo Sentry is quite slow when it comes to fire rate and moving around with the weapon, as it is a big weapon, so that is important to bear in mind.

These mecha games, from roguelikes to first-person shooters, have options for 2- to 4-player co-op, allowing for mech battles with friends.

Regardless, the Kangaroo Sentry is a very handy weapon that adds another dimension when they attack enemies in Roboquest. The AI-controlled auto-sentry will provide cover fire and divert the enemies' attention, allowing players some time to heal up or strike the enemy from another angle. Its range of 16m is also a plus, as players can deal a good amount of damage from afar.

2 Sheriff's Carbine

Long-Range Damage With Great Accuracy

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Sheriffs Carbine
  • Base Damage: 56
  • Fire Rate: 1.89/s
  • Range: 16m
  • Crit. Multiplier: 1.5x
  • Ammo: 12 (Mag.)

A semi-auto rifle that packs a significant punch, the Sheriff's Carbine is no doubt one of the strongest and most effective guns in Roboquest. With a critical multiplier of 1.5x, players can rack up damage using the Sheriff's Carbine, especially as this highly accurate gun is great at hitting devastating headshots.

The Sheriff's Carbine can deal damage from long and short range, although it is best when paired with a short-range weapon like the Dual Rascals or any form of shotgun, as players can chop down an enemy's health bar from afar, then finish them off with a close range weapon. The chances of the Sheriff's Carbine being high on anyone's tier list are large.

1 Torpedo Rifle

Seeking Missiles In AR Format

Roboquest Weapons Ranked Torpedo Rifle
  • Base Damage: 20
  • Fire Rate: 6.67/s
  • Range: 0.7m
  • Crit. Multiplier: N/A
  • Ammo: 24 (Mag.)

Ever thought of a three-round burst assault rifle that shoots rockets? Well, in Roboquest that wacky concept is a reality with the Torpedo Rifle, a devastating weapon that does well with crowd control, while also being effective against single enemies. The Torpedo Rifle is a bit of a weird weapon to use, so players should keep that in mind, but it is far and away the most damaging weapon in the game.

Its seeking missiles are very handy when players find themselves in a sticky situation, as they can essentially spray the weapon with the peace of mind that the missiles will hit an enemy. Additionally, the Torpedo Rifle is great at chopping away at bigger enemies, or quickly dismantling small enemies, although it works best when paired with a gun with a high fire rate that can finish them off.
