In order to enable voice chat in Roblox, players must have a 13+ account and be able to verify that they are indeed 13 years old or older. This verification is done through the Account Info section of Settings, which is accessed by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Fans of multiplayer games should now click on Verify My Age within Account Settings, and they will need a valid ID, such as an ID card, passport, or residence permit, and a smartphone to proceed.
After clicking on Verify My Age, players should scan the QR code that appears with the camera app on the aforementioned smartphone. Fans should now take a picture of their ID, and it may take a few minutes for it to be accepted.
