Rise of the Ronin is an open world game, which means players are free to explore every nook and cranny. Since the world is quite massive, it is not feasible to travel on foot. Thankfully, the developers have included different means of exploration. Immediately after completing the prologue, players will unlock their first horse.

Not long afterward, they will get their hands on the glider. Both of these make traversing the vast world much more convenient. Players can set an auto-run for the horse, and it will take them to their destination. Even then, it is much better to have the option to travel from one point to another instantly. But Rise of the Ronin players will have to be patient in order to unlock fast travel.

Rise of the Ronin: How To Fast Travel

Rise of the Ronin players will have to complete the prologue in order to unlock fast travel. After starting the journey to Yokohama, players will gain access to the open world. When you open the map, there will be many markers on it, each denoting points of interest. Move the cursor over to the X-shaped mark. This symbol denotes a Veiled Edge Banner. They can be found all over the map. Some of them can be used by just entering a new area, while others are locked and require a specific process to unlock.

In order to open more fast travel points, players will need to solve the Public Order activity. This involves going to the area marked with a red dot on the map and fighting your way through multiple enemies. Once the strongest mob has been defeated, the populace will return to the settlement, and you will be able to unlock the Veiled Edge Banner. The Veiled Edge Banners can also be used to replenish health and consumables; however, it is important to remember that using a banner also causes enemies to respawn. So, be careful.

The Veiled Edge Banners can be found all over the map. Some of them are near villages, while others can be in the vicinity of important places such as the longhouse. A longhouse serves as a place to rest and play with your friends. Additionally, players can also change their character's appearance and access the inventory. There are many fast travel points in the game, so Rise of the Ronin players won't have to worry about traveling to different places.

Players can fast travel from one place to another without paying any in-game money.
