It's a good thing keys don't take up inventory space in Resident Evil Village or else players wouldn't be able to carry anything more than two land mines anywhere. Before Finding The Key

Completionists are always eager to find collectibles as quickly as possible, so there's no fault for wanting to look for the key too early. This is a good idea as many of these collectibles, including this one, are missable towards the end of the game. But don't sweat this deadline until after handling the situation in the first of the four areas with Lady Dimitrescu.

Before getting into this area, players will have to assemble the Four-Winged Key. This main plot and cannot be missed. After that, the northern gate of the Altar area can be opened. Following this path. Seeing Mia and finding a bunch of creepy lynched dolls will indicate that Ethan is headed in the right direction.

Taking the south path will lead to the manor where Donna Beneviento is located. Those looking for Luthier's Key will want to go north toward the Garden. There is a treasure icon marked on the map for the general area that the key is.

The key is actually just north of this location, on the right side of the path and inside of a shack that has a save point. If Ethan sees the graves, turn around and take the first left to find the key.

Using Luthier's Key And Getting Treasure

Some gamers have spent huge chunks of time trying to find the secret with Luthier's Key to no success. The violin looks like it is a clue, and it is, but not in the traditional sense. While other keys can be inspected for their secrets, Luthier's Key's secret is that the violin matches the symbol on a door in the village.

Use Luthier's Key on this door to head inside. But the treasure is still out of reach, kept behind a combination lock.

A birthday drawing inside of the house has the answer to the code, which is 270917. This will yield a valuable Steel Hræsvelgr and a Hi-Capacity Mag for the F2 Rifle.
