Merchants in Remnant 2 play a huge role in the nameless survivor’s journey through the deadly realms. These NPCs aren’t just limited to dialogue and providing quests; they also sell valuable items and offer various services to the player.

Players can interact with these vendors to purchase all kinds of necessities, including crafting materials and weapons. Many of these merchants can be found in Ward 13, but a few of them are located in the game’s different worlds. This comprehensive guide can help players easily find all the merchants in Remnant 2.

All Merchant Locations in Remnant 2

Listed below are all the merchants in Remnant 2, with a quick description of what players can get from their shops.

Cass

Cass is a female merchant in Ward 13. She is known to sell some unique items, and her shop’s inventory shuffles every 30 minutes. Cass sells the rare Simulacrum material for 1,500 Scrap, which is needed for upgrading relics in Remnant 2. Additionally, players can find different tiers of iron at her shop.

Dr Norah

Dr Norah is the town doctor and a merchant in Ward 13. She can be found situated across from Whispers’ shop. Players can purchase all kinds of healing supplies and medical equipment from her.

Wallace

The first NPC players meet when they wake up is Wallace, who has mystic powers that enable him to look into the future. He can be found inside a small hut at the docks in Ward 13. Wallace can help players select their starting Archetype and give them their respective armor set immediately.

Wallace’s shop contains all the Engrams in the game, which are required to unlock more than one archetype. He also sells the Orb of Undoing, which is a consumable that resets the player’s spent Trait points.

Brabus

Brabus, a former boss from the original Remnant game, is now an ally who lives in Ward 13. He is in charge of security and can be found on the firing range. Once players have selected an Archetype, Brabus gives them three starting weapons respective to their chosen class.

As the game progresses, players can buy more weapons from Brabus. His shop contains all kinds of melee weapons and guns.

Mudtooth

Mudtooth is Brabus’ father and can be found in Ward 13. He likes to tell stories, and players will need to hear a few of them before they can interact with this NPC. Players can find Mudtooth sitting next to Reggie. They’ll have to interact with Mudtooth several times before he opens up his shop.

Mudtooth is the go-to merchant if players want to purchase any concoction in Remnant 2.

If players ask Mudtooth about his stories about 10 times, he will eventually reward them with the Gunslinger’s Ring.

Reggie

Another returning character from the previous game, Reginald Malone, commonly known as Reggie, is also a resident of Ward 13. He can be found just behind Dr. Norah’s shop.

Reggie sells a variety of items, including consumables, grenades, rings, and amulets. However, before players can purchase certain items, they’ll need to achieve specific milestones.

Rigs

Rigs is another returning merchant from the original Remnant game. He is in charge of upgrading the player’s weapons and can be found inside his workshop in Ward 13.

Depending on the type of weapon, Rigs can upgrade up to Level 10 or 20. Standard Weapons can be leveled up to +20, while Boss Weapons can only reach up to +10. The materials required for each level differ.

Whispers

Whispers, a silent merchant in Ward 13, used to be a bandit in the original Remnant game. He sells one of the most important things players need to survive – armor. Whispers is the go-to person for everyone who is looking for strong and reliable armor in Remnant 2. He sells all sorts of head, body, and leg armor at his shop, including equipment from different archetypes.

Dwell

Dwell comes from another world in the game known as Yaesha. However, he has set up shop in Ward 13, where he offers Relic upgrades to the player. His shop is located across the firing range, where Brabus stands.

Along with Relic upgrades, Dwell sells a variety of Mutators, which enhance the player’s weapons significantly.

Bedel

Bedel is a late-game merchant located in Yaesha. He was one of the great leaders of the Pan before the Root took over. Now, as he lies on his deathbed, Bedel sells the players a variety of mystical items at very low prices.

McCabe

McCabe is a tough female NPC who is in charge of crafting weapon mods for the players. She is a returning character from Remnant: From the Ashes and has the same role as she did in the previous game.

Once players have selected a Class, they can head over to McCabe’s workshop to receive their Class Weapons. Her shop is located right next to Rigs workshop in Ward 13.

Drzyr Replicator

Drzyr Replicator is an other-worldly merchant found in N’erud. Players can craft all sorts of unique and magical items at the Drzyr replicator’s shop, including rings, amulets, and more.

Bloodmoon Altar

The Bloodmoon Altar is a unique vendor found in Yaesha. Players can craft or purchase all kinds of items on this altar stone, including the Faded Grimoire.
