The cosplayer in question is Maul Cosplay, a stuntman and cosplay promoter who's portrayed grizzled video game heroes like Joel from The Last of Us and Geralt from The Witcher. He's very skilled and has years of experience, which has paid off by giving him the ability to portray Arthur with an excellent blend of attitude, weariness, and visible ruthlessness. Based on its quality, his Arthur Morgan cosplay deserves to stand beside toriaesth's impressive Sadie Adler cosplay.
Maul Cosplay's take on Arthur sees him clad in a worn blue shirt, battered suspenders, and some scuffed dark brown pants.
