Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart takes it easy on players with a very achievable Platinum. However, there are a few trophies that require a little extra work to unlock, with some of them making players wait far into the story to become available.

The Fully Stacked Trophy is one that players will have to have a little patience with, as all 10 Spybots are needed to unlock the Ryno 8--one of the last weapons in the game. Players will be collecting Spybots until the end of their adventure for this, and Zurkie’s Arena in the Scarstu Debris Field has 2 Spybots to find. Trophy-hunters will need to unlock additional tools and Arena Cup tiers to access them.

Scarstu Debris Field Spybot #1

The first Spybot in Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart will become available after players complete the story on Torren IV, and unlock the Hurlshot ability. After unlocking this Swingshot upgrade, head back to Scarstu Debris field as Rivet and stop outside of Zurkie’s Arena. Rivet will now have the Hurlshot ability that Ratchet unlocked on Torren IV, as their abilities and weapons carry over between the two characters.

To the right of the entrance to Zurkie’s Arena, an orange Hurlshot will now be available for Rivet to use. Press L1 and hold it down until Rivet has enough momentum, then let go and Rivet will be propelled to the first Rift Apart Spybot location.

Scarstu Debris Field Spybot #2

Players will have to wait until they have completed the main story missions on Viceron. The story will naturally take Rivet back to Scarstu Debris Field, and while here, players will now have access to Zurkon Jr.’s Gold Cup challenges.

The other challenges unlock hefty sums of Bolts, and lower tiers can net players armor pieces and Gold Bolts, but it’s the Vroom Around Gold Cup challenge that yields the second Spybot at Scarstu Debris Field. The combat isn’t too difficult, Rivet just has to kill the enemies spawning through portals. However, the Vroom Goon enemies are all very nimble in their flying vehicles, and there are more difficult waves than others, so it’s preferable to use the Glide Boots to get around the arena quicker.

Don’t be shy with using Rivet’s best weapons, as the ammo will reset at the end of every challenge, so players won’t be wasting ammo with every attempt. Health and ammo will also respawn in boxes while attempting the challenge.

If players have collected all the other Spybots, they will now unlock the Ryno 8 weapon. This fun gun will now be available to purchase from Ms. Zurkon for no additional cost. It’s a powerful weapon, but Insomniac has attached some fun Easter eggs and cameos to the gun as well.

As long as 18 weapons (including the Ryno 8) have been unlocked by the end of Rift Apart, players can start a Challenge Mode playthrough and purchase the last two weapons from Ms. Zurkon. The Fully Stacked Trophy will then unlock for purchasing all of the weapons available in Rift Apart.

Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is available now exclusively on PS5.
