New rumors about upcoming AMD Radeon graphics cards in the pipeline—specifically, the RX 7600 XT, the RX 7700, and the RX 7800—have hit the internet thanks to important paperwork filed online. The upcoming GPUs rumored to come out will further flesh out AMD's current RX 7000 lineup that is increasingly becoming geared towards PC enthusiasts.

AMD had just released its latest graphics cards in the 7000 series, the RX 7700 XT and the RX 7800 XT, in September 2023. These particular GPUs are midrange entries in this current generation, with the RX 7600 its most budget-friendly variant and the RX 7900 XT/XTX sitting at the top end of the line. As it stands, there is still some space in the series for lower-midrange iterations in its RDNA3 GPU lineup to serve those looking for further options.

Rumor: New AMD and Intel Motherboard Series Release Windows Possibly Leaked

According to a new rumor, both AMD and Intel are targeting a specific release window for their upcoming motherboards and chipsets.

China-based graphics card manufacturer Artek has just submitted new SKUs for the RX 7600 XT, the RX 7700, and the RX 7800 to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) website, which oversees products being manufactured and sold in the Eurasia region as the cards were produced in Kazakhstan. However, it must be noted that these are early EEC filings and may not accurately reflect the final product to be released, although in some cases a company does actually follow through on them.

The RX 7600 XT actually already has a prior EEC filing from a different manufacturer. There are no official details about what these new cards would pack, but there are some hints based on this initial application. It can be gleaned from the RX 7600 XT's name that it's designed to be a step above the entry-level RX 7600, and the filing claims that there would be 10GB and 12GB VRAM variants.

Meanwhile, the RX 7700 and 7800 are meant to be a step below the currently available RX 7700 XT and 7800 XT that were released back in August 2023. Again, there are no official details available from AMD just yet, but these models will likely pack a little less power for more affordability, allowing PC builders of all means more dynamic approaches to their rigs.

AMD is set to have a promising 2024 as it aims to expand the current RX 7000 series, focusing on delivering as much power and value as possible while keeping prices reasonably competitive against its chief rival Nvidia. The latter continues to dominate the market with its trusted RTX cards, but industry observers have praised Radeon GPUs for finally starting to come around. Regardless, with all this wealth of great options, it's ultimately a big win for PC gamers who can afford to stay updated with the latest hardware.
