PUBG Mobile is an insanely versatile game. The gameplay is filled with intensity and really well-paced action. Players drop into the map of choice and battle it out until only the winners are left to enjoy their Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. This PUBG title is considered to be one of the best mobile games out there, and it is easy to see why.

The options for weapons in PUBG Mobile are numerous. One of these classes is the designated marksman rifles or DMRs. Unlike sniper rifles, the DMRs have a lot less recovery to do. This means that a DMR can unleash rapid shots, essentially for players that want a mixture of a sniper and assault rifle. DMRs are their own beast, and they require some skill before they can be used effectively.

7 VSS

This is one of the two automatic DMRs in the game. The VSS sends out 9mm bullets at an automatic pace while coming fully equipped with a 4x scope. This removes the need to search for a good scope but also limits the gun to only that scope.

The recoil on this gun is a bit difficult to control, and just like any other DMR, it requires a bit of skill to fully master. The Vast can not be found on most maps, but it is easy to see on maps where it spawns.

6 SLR

The SLR is such an impressive gun, and it is also a well-known DMR. The SLR can be picked up on any map, and it is important for those mid-game fights where there is an option to disengage.

The only limitation of the SLR is that its recoil is simply too high. Most new players may not be able to control this gun as a result of it. However, for experienced gamers who know how to handle recoils really well, this may not be a limitation but an advantage because the chances that they will be facing off against another SLR are slim.

5 MK12

The MK12 is the newest addition to the line of DMRs in PUBG Mobile. Since it joined the game, this single tap weapon can be heard all over its home map. It is fast with limited recoil. It also has high damage and really low recoil to boot.

The main limiting factor of the MK12 is that it can only be found on Livik. This is such a shame because it would do well on other maps as well. Still, as a gun designated to just this map, it is the perfect DMR to run here thanks to its insane recoil recovery.

4 Mini14

The Mini14 can be found on most maps and that is absolutely great news. This gun is one of the most stable DMRs in PUBG Mobile. This is combined with the fact that it can handle any scope in the game.

For beginners, this is the best DMR to have on hand since it is one of the easiest to control. More experienced players may opt for something with slightly higher damage, but that takes nothing from the Mini14 as a weapon of choice.

3 QBU

This is a Sanhok-only weapon, which is such a shame because the QBU is a near-perfect DMR. Everything about it is just right, and this is probably the DMR of choice in the grass-filled map. It has high damage, especially when compared to other guns with 5.56mm rounds.

While the QBU is only manageable in close range, it is elite in those long-range fights. A few shots sent over such distances are enough to get a victory over that opponent. Once the situations are right, the QBU becomes such an invaluable gun in this cool game.

2 SKS

This is the best DMR out of all the ones not gotten from crates. The SKS feels like the balance when it comes to firing; high damage as a result of its 7.62mm bullets, manageable recoil, and great bullet velocity. The SKS does not do this on its own though, but with the right attachments, it obliterates enemies.

The SKS can be found on any map, and any scope can be equipped on it. It performs best at long-range, dropping enemies with a few taps. Like the SLR, the SKS's recoil recovers well, making it a phenomenal all-rounder.

1 MK14

The MK14 is not just the most powerful DMR, but it is also one of the best, if not the absolute best gun in the entire game. It is difficult to quantify just how insane this gun is, but once a player picks it up, it shreds the opposition immediately with its 7.62mm rounds.

The MK14 can be used as both a DMR and an automatic weapon. Thanks to its high base damage, it only takes a couple of shots to knock an opponent from a distance. In close range, it is even more deadly as it even fires at a rate faster than most SMGs. This is essentially why the MK14 can only be found in supply drops.
