When it comes to battle royale games, they don't come much bigger than PlayerUnknown's Battleground, AKA PUBG. With rumors going around that the developers might be starting work on PUBG 2, it's likely that the high-octane online multiplayer will be the talk of the town for a good while. Probably more so now that the latest update is available.

Version 11.2 of PUBG was announced recently by publisher PUBG Corporation and is available to download now on PC. According to a recent repot, the update will bring a slew of new features and Season 11's next Content Drop: Survivor Pass: Pajama Party, which comes with more than 30 awards available to unlock throughout 50 levels. There's also some gameplay and balance adjustments, such as fixing aim stability in vehicles. On top of that, there are some updates to the Erangel map based off player feedback. More information about the 11.2 update can be seen in the attached video below.

PUBG is the kind of game that sees a lot of updates over a short period of time. It's only been three weeks since the game was updated to version 11.1, which saw the return of the Paramo map, and the introduction of the Emergency Pickup item. PUBG Season 11 officially started at the end of March this year.

With the game being updated and rumors of a sequel under way, you'd think PUBG Corporation would have enough on their plate. However, another recent report states that the studio may be working on an open-world sci-fi game. But with the newest update available for PUBG on PC, it's unlikely that things will slow down for the record-breaking battle royale game.

PUBG is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
