Sony usually announces the new PlayStation Plus games on the last Wednesday of the month, but a leaker beat it to the punch this time around, revealing the free PlayStation Plus games for November 2022 a day early. Dealabs has accurately leaked the free PlayStation Plus games for months now, and so while it's always best to wait for the official announcement, it's likely that this leak is legitimate.

The monthly free PlayStation Plus games remain the key benefit for the PS Plus Essential tier of Sony's subscription service. Every month, subscribers are treated to three free games, and they can keep the games forever as long as they claim them within their window of availability, and they remain subscribed to the service. The official announcement for the free PS Plus games for November 2022 will almost certainly happen on Wednesday, October 26, but the leak has let the cat out of the bag in the meantime.

According to the leak, the free PS Plus games for November 2022 are going to be the PS5 and PS4 versions of Nioh 2, the PS4 version of LEGO Harry Potter Collection, and the PS5 and PS4 versions of Heavenly Bodies. Assuming the leak is accurate, these games should make for a well-received month for PS Plus, especially since subscribers will technically be getting more games than usual.

  • Heavenly Bodies (PS4/PS5)
  • LEGO Harry Potter Collection (PS4)
  • Nioh 2 (PS4/PS5)

LEGO Harry Potter Collection consists of two games in one, so technically PS Plus subscribers are getting four free games for November 2022 if the leak is right. The collection features both the original LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 game and the sequel, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, so it should keep LEGO and Harry Potter fans busy for quite some time.

While some may be excited for LEGO Harry Potter Collection, the headlining game is easily Nioh 2, as it not only has PS5 and PS4 versions available for PS Plus subscribers to choose from, but it's also the highest-rated game in the lineup. Nioh 2 is a critically-acclaimed Soulslike from Team Ninja that was praised by many as a worthy follow-up to the original Nioh. Nioh 2 remains a PlayStation console exclusive, which makes its addition to the PS Plus free games lineup even more significant. And with the original Nioh available as one of the PS Plus Extra games, subscribers to Sony's pricier tiers can soon play through the entire series for no more than the price of their subscription.

The free PS Plus games for November 2022 will likely get their official announcement soon, but it's likely that this leak is legitimate. In the meantime, there's still another week to claim the free PS Plus games for October 2022 for those that have yet to do so.
